The operator shall hold the special post operation certificate (high-pressure network access certificate), and the high-pressure operation must be carried out by two people, one for operation and one for supervision.
Operators must understand the status and working contents of the high-voltage switch cabinet, be familiar with the performance and operation methods of the high-voltage switch cabinet under operation, organize measures and technical measures according to the right during operation, and prohibit switching operation during lightning;
It is forbidden to operate the high-voltage ring network cabinet;
Before operating the six-amplitude sulfur switch cabinet, check whether the pressure gauge indication of the six-amplitude sulfur is within the normal range (not less than 5 atmospheres).
The tools used shall meet the standard of right use. Before operation, check the insulating gloves, insulating shoes and operating rod. If there is moisture, fracture and damage, and the insulation registration is lower than the voltage to be operated, the operation is prohibited.
The operation should wear insulation, wear insulation gloves.
